With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Michael MCIOB has built a career specialising in the successful delivery of high-quality residential developments, quality assurance and project leadership.

Throughout his career, Michael has held management positions responsible for delivering multi-million-pound residential developments from inception through to completion. His experience spans every stage of the construction process, from groundworks and structural works to finishing trades, snagging, customer handovers and final completion.

A significant part of Michael’s career has focused on construction quality, defect identification and the resolution of building issues, ensuring homes are delivered to the highest standards. This practical experience provides an exceptional understanding of how properties should be constructed, where defects commonly occur and how potential issues can be identified before they become costly problems.

Over the years, Michael has managed residential developments with values of up to 拢25 million, leading multidisciplinary project teams, coordinating numerous subcontractors simultaneously, and overseeing programme delivery, quality control, health and safety, budgets and client satisfaction.

As a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), supported by advanced construction and management qualifications, Michael combines technical expertise with practical, hands-on experience gained from managing projects on site rather than simply assessing them from drawings or specifications.

Through Levante Project Management, Michael brings this knowledge and experience to the Costa Blanca, providing independent property inspections and consultancy services that give buyers, homeowners and investors the confidence to make informed decisions before committing to one of life’s biggest investments.

Every inspection is carried out independently, professionally and without conflict of interest, ensuring clients receive clear, honest and practical advice based on real-world construction experience.
